Region FoodValley
The FoodValley Region is an area with small and larger villages, towns and, most of all, lots of green. It is located between two moraines, the ‘Utrechtse Heuvelrug’ and the ‘Veluwe’. On the north side it is bordered by the ‘Randmeren’ and on the south side by the ‘Nederrijn’.
The region has a rich history, attractive nature and sceneries, a comfortable social and residential environment, with outstanding facilities and unmatched recreational opportunities. Its corporate climate is excellent and work ethic is extremely high. The creative energy is always distinct. The human dimension of the area makes the FoodValley stand apart.
Together with the partners in FoodValley Ambition 2010, the FoodValley region works hard to reach the top 5 in Europe when it comes to healthy and sustainable food.
